*How long have you been in business?
This is my 17th year in business. CKE Photography began in 2009.
*How do I book a session?
Easy-peasy. E-mail me at CourtneyKae@msn.com or fill in your information on the Contact Me page.
*When do I book a session?
6-8 weeks before the desired time of your session during busy season (June-Dec.) & 1-2 weeks before the desired time of your session during slow season (Jan.--May).
*Do you have a studio?
No, I am a natural light outdoor photographer. I do not work out of a studio, but rather I am inspired by the light of the sun. A sun-chaser if you will. ;)
*When is the best light?
In my opinion, just after sunrise and just before sunset.
*When will I receive my images?
Typically, 1-2 weeks to allow for editing & hand touching of images. This can vary slightly during busy season.
*What should I wear to my session?
Your favorite colors & patterns. Things that highlight your silhouette & definitely fits that make you feel beautiful & confident. We will discuss in depth at your consultation before your session day, so you are looking & feeling your VERY BEST SELF.
*What if I need to reschedule?
If there is a sickness or family emergency, you have up to 30 days to pick a new date free of charge. However, there is a $25 re-scheduling fee for subsequent res-schedules.
*What if there is inclement weather?
I will contact you the day of your session if I feel like we need to reschedule.
*What is a down deposit?
A down deposit is a non-refundable deposit when booking with CKE Photography that reserves the date/time of your session. Should you choose to cancel or not show up, I keep the deposit. Otherwise, the deposit goes towards your session fee & the remainder of your fee is due at the end of your session on location. I accept: cash & major credit card.
*Do you travel outside of Colorado?
Absolutely! Additional travel fees will apply & are determined based on location.
